Wear and care

Keep your piece away from perfume, chlorine, and household cleaners. Remove it before swimming, showering, or exercise, then wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and store it separately.

Standard U.S. shipping is $9.45 per order. Please allow 3–5 business days for preparation, then an estimated 4–7 business days in transit. Business days exclude weekends and holidays; our cutoff is 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

Request an eligible return or exchange within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, complete, and in original condition. Approved returns include a prepaid label and no restocking fee. One free exchange is available per eligible order.

Email cancellation or change requests within 12 hours of ordering, subject to preparation progress. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Choosing a ring size

Use the size system stated on the product page. A jeweler can measure your finger accurately, or compare the inside diameter of a comfortable ring with a reliable chart in the same sizing system. Measure when your hands are at a normal temperature; cold, heat, and swelling affect fit. A wider band can feel snugger than a thin one. If a listing does not show a sizing system or the size you need, ask us before ordering.

Choosing a necklace length

Lay a necklace you like flat and measure it end to end, including the clasp. Alternatively, position a soft tape or string where you would like the chain to sit, then measure the string. Check the units and length options on the product page. Pendant position will vary with neckline and body proportions. Do not assume an extender is included unless it is stated.

Materials and finishes

Read the exact option selected on the product page. Gold-plated jewelry, gold vermeil, and solid gold describe different constructions; they are not interchangeable. We do not treat a gold-colored photograph as proof of solid gold. Ask us if a material or stone detail is unclear or if you have a metal sensitivity. No piece can be guaranteed suitable for every skin type.

Everyday care

Put jewelry on after lotion, perfume, and hair products have dried. Remove it before showering, swimming, exercise, cleaning, and sleeping. Avoid chlorine, salt water, harsh chemicals, abrasive cloths, and ultrasonic cleaning unless a jeweler confirms suitability for the particular piece.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store pieces separately in a dry place so chains do not tangle and surfaces do not rub. Gold plating can wear over time, especially with moisture, friction, and chemical contact. Pearls and delicate stones need gentle handling; avoid soaking them or using household jewelry cleaners.

When something needs attention

If a clasp feels loose or a setting catches, stop wearing the piece and contact us. For a delivery problem, please send photos and your order number within 48 hours. For a fit change, request an eligible exchange within 14 days of delivery. See Returns & Refunds.
