Track Your Order
Once your order leaves us, we email the shipment details and tracking number when available. The tracking link in that email is the best place to start.
Before the first scan
Order preparation takes 3–5 business days. A newly issued tracking number may take another 24–72 hours to show its first carrier scan. A number without movement does not always mean the parcel is delayed. Estimated carrier transit is 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Check your shipment
Open the tracking link in your shipping confirmation, or copy the tracking number and check it on the carrier website. You can also use 17TRACK, which opens in a new tab. This is an independent tracking service with its own privacy practices. Enter only the tracking details needed; never provide payment credentials.
Cannot find the email?
Check spam and promotions folders and confirm the checkout email address. If it is still missing, email contact@luxepledge.com with your order number and the checkout email. Please do not send card details.
Late or marked delivered
If the expected delivery period has passed, send us the order and tracking numbers. We will review the available information with you. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, check the mailbox, porch, reception, safe places, and household members or neighbors. Contact us within 48 hours of the delivered scan if it is still missing.
